Do you have ready tents in stock?

Yes, all of the 8 basic colours are available „on the spot”. However, they are blank, i.e. free from imprints. If you want to personalize your tent, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with our possibilities here.

In what colours are the sheathings available?

Available standard colours palette of the sheathings can be found on the dedicated subpage Print and on subpages dedicated to products. You can familiriaze yourself with a basic colour palette of the cover and learn more about personalized print.

How to clean the sheathing?

We have presented different ways of cleaning various stains on the sheathing in a brochure available on the help page here.

What is the waiting time for a personalized tent sheathing?

Preparing personalized sheathing usually takes about 7 business days from the time of receiving a ready and approved project.

What to do in the event of damage to the structure or sheathing?

In addition to complete tents, we also have spare parts for tents. In case of damage to individual elements, please contact the Customer Service in order to arrange the details of the repair.

Can the tent be set up during windy or stormy weather?

NEOtent™ and ATMOtent™ tents are characterized by durability and reliability, however neither should be set up out in strong wind, because strong, gusty winds can damage them. However, it should be remembered that tents damaged by wind are NOT covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
